If you know your item with a JackTag on it is nearby, just click "Ring".
- Community Find with our Serial Numbers
Not sure where you left it? Not to worry, each JackTag has a short message on
it which says "Found Me? Contact Me Here: JackTags.com" Our website gives
clear instructions on how they can return your item to you. Most returns have within 36 hours!
- Maps
Disconnected from your item? Click the item and click "Map". A pin will be dropped off approximately where your item was disconnected at. Retrace your steps and "Ring" your item when you step in range!
