Jaii-Dee

Jaii-Dee application is the cooperation between JMT Network Services (JMT) and J Ventures (JVC) for JMT’s customers.

The application is an additional channel for customers to connect with JMT from their fingertips.

Via mobile phone customers can
1. Check outstanding balance on their own.
2. Check outstanding balance on its own as a guarantor.
3. Check outstanding balance on its own as authorized person in a legal entity.
4. Select promotion with discount for each contract; calculate monthly payment.
5. Check the status of outstanding balances including the next possible steps.
6. Check history payment
7. Get updates for various promotions for customers.
8. Get to know the knowledge related to the customers.
9. Get to know Frequency asked questions.
10. Call JMT officers for advice on the payment of outstanding balance.

To register Customers simply use the ID number and telephone number to retrieve the unpaid balance that the customer has with the banks or lending companies which has been transferred to JMT.

After realizing outstanding balance, customers can select promotion with discount for each contract. System will calculate monthly payment and customers can pay directly from mobile. Customers can also contact JMT officers directly for any additional information needed. This will facilitate and shorten the time to coordinate with staffs.
