Landlords – Instantly track rent payments, maintenance costs and access to inspection reports of your property. At the end of the financial year, your financial information is in one place.

Tenants – Access to your lease agreements, when your lease is due for renewal and lots more. Tenants can also view their rental ledger instantly know where the rent is paid. Tenants can submit maintenance requests to the property manager via the app.

This service is only available for Jalin Realty Landlords and tenants (jalinrealty.com.au). You will need a login to use the service. Refer to your property manager for how to achieve this. Check with your internet service provider or your mobile phone service provider.
