Janet Osborne Fitness offers structured fitness classes designed to suit all levels with minimal equipment. Every workout focuses on building strength and mobility which is key for healthy aging. Get fit and strong from the comfort of your home with fitness classes led by a seasoned fitness expert with 30+ years of experience in group fitness, personal training, and nutrition.
Within the app, members will have access to live classes and on-demand recordings so you can revisit your favourite classes or catch up on a session you have missed.
The app gives you access to the following:
-4 live 30-minute classes every week
-a library of on-demand classes
-10, 15, and 20 minute specialty classes such as mobility, core, band, and beginner
classes
The live classes are Eastern Time Zone (recorded and available immediately)
-Monday 8:30 am - full body sculpt
-Tuesday 8:30 am - arms and abs
-Wednesday 8:30 am - legs and glutes
-Friday 8:30 am - Strength HIIT
The classes are designed for all fitness levels and can be done with minimal equipment in the comfort of your own home.
A few things that would be helpful in getting started:
- yoga mat
- light dumbbells. Start with 3-5 pounds and gradually build up. (water bottles are fine to start with as well)
-small resistance loop bands (but not necessary)
-I often use a chair such as a kitchen chair for support for beginners or for sit-down exercises or dips

I aim to provide home workouts that will motivate and inspire you to make exercise a healthy habit and regular part of your lifestyle. Progress at your own pace. All classes are easy to follow and each class is different so you will never get bored.

Janet Osborne Fitness App is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription. This is available as a monthly rolling subscription or an annual recurring payment. Both options are eligible for a 7-day free trial.
Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card through your app store account. Subscriptions are rolling but can be canceled anytime.
