Jawab جواب

Jawab is an AAC application that enables Arabic-speaking individuals to communicate their needs and ideas using their own spoken dialects. We introduce customized talking images and symbols helping individuals with oral communication disabilities interact naturally with people around. We also provide a fun tool to help parents boost the early language development of their young children.

Beneficiaries include users with an autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delay, speech and language disorders, and problems with genetic origins such as Down syndrome, speech and language disabilities resulting from brain injury, strokes (CVA), and aging.

Such a fun application can be easily customized to help teachers and therapists in their classrooms/clinics to teach different skills for Arabic-speaking children.

Jawab can also be used to help young normally-developing children expand their vocabulary and language repertoire and develop other skills such as the cause and effect skills from young ages.

The user interface allows very young and very old individuals to use it perfectly.
