Rent Next-Generation E-Bikes with the Jewel of the Creek App

With the Jewel of the Creek App, there’s no need for keys or cards – everything is handled seamlessly through the app. Our hub-based rental system lets you pick up and return e-bikes conveniently at designated hubs. During your rental, you’re free to park anywhere within the Pick-e-Bike Zone, as long as you follow local parking regulations. Rental charges are based on the minutes you use.

Here’s how it works:

1. Download the App and Register

Download the Jewel of the Creek App for free and complete your registration. We’ll confirm your details promptly.

2. Request Access at the Hotel Concierge

After registering, visit the concierge desk at your hotel to request access to the e-bike fleet. The concierge will assist you in unlocking the bikes available on the premises.

3. Reserve an E-Bike

Locate available e-bikes at nearby hubs through the app. Want some extra time to get ready? Reserve a bike for up to 15 minutes, giving you plenty of time to prepare and reach the hub.

4. Start Your Rental

When you arrive at the hub, use the app to unlock your e-bike and begin your adventure.

5. Helmet On and Ride

Safety first! Put on your helmet – it’s mandatory and ensures a safe and enjoyable ride. Now you’re ready to experience the thrill of next-generation e-biking. Please note, the e-bikes are very powerful, so start out easy, test the bra, and yourself a little bit of time to get comfortable before going faster.

6. Pause Your Ride

Need a break? You can temporarily lock the e-bike by parking in a safe location, opening the app, and selecting "Park." The bike will lock, and the app will confirm the action.

7. End Your Rental

When your ride is over, return the e-bike to the hub where you started and park it in the designated area. Open the app and select “End Rental” to complete your session.

8. Return the Helmet

Don’t forget to return the helmet to its designated spot after ending your rental.
