JINI Forms focuses on the user’s workflow from “capturing data to generate reports” to “gather data to make them actionable whether the goal is to generate patient notes, trigger HL7 message to your EHR/EMR, Labs and Radiology System”.

#2: Keep up-to-date patient demographics and insurance information. The patient can log in to the portal to access and review their data
#3: Build your own forms or contact us at jini@vigyanix.com for help uploading your own forms into JINI
#4: Security & Compliance - HIPAA compliance is built-in. Whether you have one form or 100s of form, every record is protected without state of the art HIPAA compliant Infrastructure
