The app offers power flows, restore/yin, FIT-classes and short videos with focus on specific skills. Work out for 20, 40 or 60 minutes - the only thing you’ll need is your mat.

Power Flow
The teachers represent different styles of yoga in the power flows and you’ll find yourself strong and balanced after a session. It doesn't matter what level you’re at - power flows are for everyone. 

Restore/yin
Made to make you feel completely relaxed. Take a look at the different restorative/yin classes where deep stretches and meditative yoga will help you find relaxation and serenity.

FIT
Our FIT-classes are made for you to sweat it out. With elements from both yoga and fitness you’ll find a selection of fun and challenging workouts. You don’t need weights to join a FIT-class.
