Two interfaces are available: employee interface and employer interface.
The first is this very app, that turns the smartphone into a virtual badge.
The second is the time and attendance software available on our cloud.
The employee interface consists of the online map and a simple "sleeping" icon. The icon wakes up as soon as the employee enters the radius of the workplace (be it office or construction site or whatever) and clicks on the icon.
With JOBy, a tap on the smartphone is all it takes to clock in!
Obviously, the employee must first activate the GPS and grant access to JOBy.
The employer interface is the back-end of the app and is very easy to use. You can customise your own interface, set up different ranges and the attendance tracking frequency. If employees leave the area you have set, the end of the work shift is marked.
