Timewise – Manage your Timesheets, Expenses and Leave.

TimeWise allows you to manage your project timesheets and expenses with this simple and intuitive app. Your data is readily available and can be emailed to you as an attachment.

Functionality:

Timesheet and expenses:
• Book time against a client, project and project role
• Use slider to select hours to book time
• Select expense category (accommodation, food and drink, general or travel)
• Add comment to bookings
• Indicate if the time booked or expense is billable
• Take a snapshot of a receipt or invoice or attach a file of an invoice

Reports
• Summary of all booking made per day for a selected month
• View Booking status for the month (split by billable and not billable)
• E-mail timesheet for current month as attachment
• E-mail all data for selected filter criteria as attachment

Leave:
• Multiple leave types to select from
• Select Start and end dates
• Enter leave description

Settings:
• Round off times to 15, 30 or 60 minutes increments
• Internationalisation: currency and distance (mile/km)
• Minimum hours required per day
