Using the Jourve app is easy. Here's how it works:

-Just sign up in the app and put in your flight number.

-The app uses your flight number to track your services and knows what airline or gate to deliver your services

-Through the app you can communicate directly with your jourver or track your service delivery progress

-Payment can be made by credit card.

-After use of the service you will receive a survey.
