JS Kosher Restaurant

JS is the oldest kosher restaurant in Manchester, our reputation for quality food and good service has grown and grown over the years from our humble beginnings in 1956 to a restaurant which can now cater for over 150 diners.

After a extensive refurbishment and a complete overhaul following an arson attack in June 2017 we are proud to have now re-opened with a complete new look, new head chef and great new menus of traditional Jewish food from all over the world, all freshly prepared on the premises by our team of talented chefs, in a relaxed but stylish brasserie setting.

JS attracts of mix of clientele (including some famous faces!) and is the ideal setting for any occasion from a business lunch for 2, corporate events, to dinner with friends or family.

Our main restaurant situated on the ground floor seats over seventy diners in a modern, rustic setting. The first floor seats a further seventy diners though also serves as the ideal location for a private party or event. For a more casual dining experience, our take-away area seats up to fifty people for great food and speedy service.
