Judo Katame waza

Me Hiroshi Katanishi, 8th DAN, japanaese expert, through the app Judo Katame waza, aims to show control techniques to dominate the opponent.
Mo Hiroshi Katanishi and his son Ken introduce you to three families of techniques below:

• Osaekomi-waza (押 込 技) immobilization techniques that are performed when the opponent is lying on his back, both shoulders on the ground.
• Shime-waza (绞 技): technical bottlenecks that may involve the respiratory system forcing the opponent to drop quickly (hadaka jime for example), or the system blood of the neck (as sankaku jime).
• Kansetsu-waza (关节 技) techniques dislocation worn only on the elbow (as ude-gatame and waki-gatame).
