How it works
Box breathing is a breathing technique divided into four phases:
- Inspiration
- Hold my breath
- Exhalation
- Hold my breath
Functionality
- In the settings section you can choose between different interfaces
- Choose a color
- Create your favorite breathing set
- Use a sound to facilitate the exercise
- Each session is shared with the Health App in the Mindfulness category
