Just Temps SA is an application to assist unemployed people to meet and chat with potential employers who are looking to fill a temporary position. All users are required to register.
The application simplifies the task for Employers searching for the right person to perform a temporary task/job, a person who is in their area and available immediately.
Candidates create their profiles without having to upload a lengthy portfolio, easily listing their job description, qualification, experience, skills, profile picture, location, and dates available from an interactive calendar. The candidate can manage their own calendar indicating availability.
The Employer can easily search for a candidate by job description and location thus giving them access to view all the candidate profiles available in their area. The Employer will have access to the candidate’s calendar to book the dates required, send the offer to the candidate (the employer will be asked to register his/her own profile at this point) once the offer has been sent, the employer will be able to chat with the candidate directly from the application. Employers can Rate candidates and leave a review once the job is completed. Remuneration is solely settled between the Employer and the Candidate.
Small Medium Micro Enterprises listed on the application; businesses create a business profile to list their services. The user will create a business profile indicating what they offer, upload a company logo and short description of their services. The business profile will contain all the contact detail for the registered customer to view, the business profile has an interactive calendar and chat option for immediate communication. Customers can also Rate the business service and leave a review.
