► Cardiac coherence, what is it?
Cardiac coherence is a breathing technique scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. It consists in regulating and synchronising your breaths to bring you a physical balance (the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems) but especially psychic and emotional.

► How to start?
It is recommended to do 3 sessions per day to feel the benefits of cardiac coherence. Remember the 365 rule (3 sessions per day, 6 breaths per minute for 5 minutes). We recommend that you sit or stand in a calm environment for your sessions.
► How can Kalmos help you?
The application has been designed to be very easy to use. You just have to start the application then click on the "Start" button to start your cardiac coherence session. Kalmos is automatically set for 5 minute sessions with 6 breaths per minute as recommended by rule 365. You can also change the background music and sound that will be used for your session by selecting a different "card" than the one chosen initially.
