This app provide portfolio for entire KCPC company where user can request for various HR and Finance Documents.
This app is created to provide paperless document and also benefit employees for faster and easier in processing their document.
There are forms such as Leave Request, Leave Return, Loan Request , Purchase Requisition, Financial Transaction Request and Capital Expenditure form.
All these forms have specific workflow which are defined individually and upon submit the it takes the workflow and reach desired destination.
This app benefit Department Managers of the company where they can take action anytime and anywhere ,
they can review the document and also process it.
It also allow other employees to make any document any where, it is not necessary for them to be present in office to do the work. Like other systems.
