HabitAware brings our award-winning awareness tracker for Trichotillomania (hair pulling), Dermatillomania (skin picking), and Onychophagia (nail biting), to the Apple Watch!
Using 1-hour awareness training sessions, KeenLite makes you aware of the behavior you select from our exclusive gesture library of Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, like hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (dermatillomania) and nail biting (onychophagia).
Use these sessions when you need them (common trigger times for people with body-focused repetitive awareness include work, studying, relaxing, and getting ready) or like “gym” training. Aim for at least three sessions a day, because the more you exercise awareness, the stronger it gets!
After awareness, KeenLite prompts you to log your “redirections. These are the healthy ways that you redirect to self-soothe. The most important part of un-learning your unwanted behavior is learning a new one! KeenLite stores your vibration and your redirection data on the phone app, so that you can track your progress.
HabitAware KeenLite offers a one-week free trial, to initiate awareness training sessions for 7 days. With awareness, you have the power to redirect to healthier strategies and create lasting life change.
KeenLite is designed to fit Apple Watch's closed development system, which limits access to the sensors needed for full behavior monitoring. For 24/7 gesture detection please check out the HabitAware Keen2 smart bracelet.
