Kelvin Reach

Kelvin Reach enables your healthcare practitioner to collect information about your current mood and physical health.

Although Kelvin Reach is available in the app store, you’ll need an email invitation from your healthcare practitioner containing an activation code to get started.
Once you’ve activated Kelvin Reach, you’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions on the information your clinician would like you to provide. These instructions may ask for text responses, video recordings, or audio recordings.
When you’ve completed your responses, Kelvin Reach will securely upload them for your clinician to review.
Additionally, your clinician may ask for your consent to upload the following data collected from your device:
- Step count
- Distance travelled
- Flights climbed
- Sleep analysis
- Walking speed
- Walking step length
- Walking double support percentage
- Walking asymmetry percentage
