Does Keyavi sell individual subscriptions to consumers and small groups?
-Not yet. Keyavi technology is currently available only in 25-user minimum subscriptions, but please contact us through our app or website contact forms to be notified when we offer individual or small group licenses.
Does Keyavi store or access access my data?
-No. Keyavi never accesses, stores, indexes, or intercepts your data. Our hands-off approach is fundamental to the mission of our company.
Do I have to be connected to the internet?
No, Keyavi technology defaults to “safe and closed.” Customer organizations can edit and adapt their policies to allow for varying levels of flexibility and risk mitigation.
What is an .IKD file?
An .IKD (Intelligent Keyavi Data) file, refers to the file extension appended to your data once you enable Keyavi protection.
Can I share self-protecting data with someone who is not a Keyavi-licensed user?
Yes, first time recipients of an .IKD file can use a web viewer or click to install a free, quick, read-only viewer to access the information being shared. All subsequent data sharing will automatically open in either.
