In the event of a Major Incident, the App provides information on how to escalate to Emergency Services, Line management and contact with the major Incident Line and Environmental Response Supplier in the event of a chemical spillage, including run off water from fire services etc.

The App allows for individual personalisation of key contact phone numbers relative to individual Business units/Contracts and project sites

The App gives instant access to flowchart defining the levels of responsibility for action and communication to all interested parties as detailed in the Kier Major Incident Response standard also included within the App.

The App provides tailored guidance and support on collating information to support incident management and operational recovery for a specific site. There are also processes for collaboration with Group Communications to handle all communications and media interest.
