The official KBS Management App allows Kingdom Brick Supply employees to pick, pack and ship orders from different marketplaces all through one app! This app allows employees to view customer's order details such as items ordered, processing steps, shipping methods, and more. Employees can also update statuses of orders as well as provide additional information to customers such as tracking numbers. KBS employees can also edit charges and view product details.

This app also assists employees in picking orders through an intuitive picking assistant that supports scan to pick. We recommend the use of an Infinite Peripherals sled with scanning enabled to verify correct items are picked and packed as well as to scan tracking barcodes to expedite data entry therefore improving fulfillment efficiency. Scanning & Verifying each item you pick and pack eliminate shipping mistakes and improves overall customer satisfaction!

Employees can also view current inventory, and lookup details such as pricing, stock availability, and location information. Searching via scanning barcodes is also enabled saving time when employees have the item in hand.
