Our goal is for each member to become a fully fledged disciple of Jesus Christ, according to Matt 16:24. Each member is perceived to be a minister and a potential leader, according to Rom 12:6-9 and 1 Cor 12:4-11, therefore each member is being equipped to be part of a Ministry. Eph 4:1-14. We also recognise the offices of elders and deacons ( 1 Tim.3 and Tit.1).
