KiweeFit requires no detailed calorie counting or food logging; rather, a simple intuitive interface lets you record a meal, snack or drink with just 3 clicks.

KiweeFit seamlessly links to an exercise tracker, such as a Fitbit, if you have one. If not, you can easily record physical activity, again, with just 3 clicks.

Based on your specific eating habits and exercise regimen, KiweeFit suggests customized changes necessary for you to achieve sustainable improvement in your health - and proposes reasonable and achievable goals for you to commit to week by week. How much you elect to take on - how ambitious you want to be - is entirely up to you.

KiweeFit projects anticipated changes in your BMI and the potential health benefits that may result from achieving your goals, providing additional motivation for sustainable change.

And, should you choose, your goals and progress can be shared in real time with your primary care provider through a confidential and secure "provider dashboard", eliminating the need for you to remember everything you ate and drank and how much you exercised since your last visit. This will help you and your provider work as a team to get you to your goals.
