Klock In basically uses phone’s front camera for check-in/check-out operations, the employer can monitor the employee’s working hours, manage and edit them as required which makes it easier to track the working hours completed.

We offer two Apps:

Klock In Employer:
Here you can add your company and employees using their phone numbers to track them.

This app offers two modes:
Employee Mode: the employees get to clock-in/clock-out using the company phone. All the employees are listed under one platform, where the user selects his/her name and performs the operation. An employee can have multiple entries on the same day.
Employer Mode: the home page displays the information about the employees whereabouts i.e whether they are in office or working from elsewhere. It has features to generate weekly reports, separate logs for each employee and office hours are tangible.

Unique Features:

Simple clock in/out using phone: use your personal devices for check in/out without running here and there or waiting in queues to do so.
Monitor, edit and add employees: Employers get to track their employees’ working hours easily, add employee to their company and edit logs if required.
Lat/Long data: This feature allows you to monitor the location of your employee using GPS (Latitude/Longitude).
Generate Reports: view everyday logs or check your employees’ weekly working hours and the reports are available in your cloud storage.
Webhook Integration: We can integrate the app with webhook to use it display check in/out messages.

Bored of manually maintaining or writing logs? No need to worry, install Klock In and rest will be taken care of. All you need is your phone to capture a selfie and the rest will be processed by the app itself. Even if you forgot to checkout, the app automatically checks you out.

Employers get to monitor the working hours without the hassle of searching logs, instead they get to look into selfies with log hours. Employees out for office work? Monitor their location using the lat/long feature. The app generates weekly reports reducing tasks for the employer.

Klock In Employee:

This is to make it hassle free for the employees, all the features that are not required for the employees to check are discarded. Here the user can only perform the operations in house or remotely for their account only and monitor their logs. All the data are stored in the cloud and can be accessed from anywhere anytime.
