* 2 ways to fill timesheet for employee: run clock timer & add manual work hours. Each timesheet entry go under approval of supervisor or admin.
* Employee can add expense with bill attached. Every expense request go under approval of admin or supervisor who have permission to approve expense.
* Admin can set advanced rules for clock timer, like employee can only do clock-in between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, round clock-in time to 8:00 AM if clock-in between 7:50 AM to 8:15 AM.
* Edit timesheet log entry based on Admin or supervisor approval.
* Automated Clock-In/Out and Switch notification to employee based on Geo Fence settings on project.
* Supervisors and employees can do clock-in/out of other employee using unique employee PIN in case of employee do not have cell.
* Admin and Supervisors can easily see employees list who has started work today and work progress by live photos.
* Alert to employee and supervisor who has forgot to stop clock timer.
* Admin can monitor work and cost efforts and work on how to minimize cost and work too.
* Admin can create billable and non-billable task & expense category for each project.
