What is it about?

kNEEBU is an emerging platform that fulfills all your household service needs ON DEMAND. You simply select the category of service you need, and kNEEBU shows all available service providers, their customer ratings, as well as their rates, near you. You have the option to change the location of where the service is needed. Once you have compared and reviewed the service providers near you (their ratings, rates, proximity, etc.), you can initiate the service request instantly via kNEEBU. Once the Provider accepts your request, kNEEBU allows you to reach them directly via phone call or LIVE chat within the platform. Whether you need the service providers right away (On Demand), or you want to schedule the job in future, you have the option to do so. kNEEBU tracks when the service starts, when it ends, and the provider is paid instantly, upon customer's final approval of the invoice, everything via kNEEBU. Once the job is done, you rate the service provider with a single click, to let others know about your experience with that provider. kNEEBU makes it easy for you to repeat the same provider for recurring jobs (e.g.: weekly or bi-weekly lawn mowing, nurse or caregiver coming daily, nanny coming 3 times per week, snow removal whenever snow falls, etc.)
