Knight Frank APAC Conference

The Knight Frank Asia Pacific conference #KFConnect is a bi-annual conference hosted by Knight Frank APAC for the top 350 executives across the region (including about 30% of attendees hailing from the UK, US and MEA). The largest APAC contingents are from Australia, Philippines, Malaysia, Greater China and India. There will also be smaller contingents from Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Cambodia, Japan etc. The gender breakdown is 30% female, 70% male.
The majority of attendees have worked in the real estate industry for a significant period of time, likely the majority of their careers. Knight Frank is a private partnership, independent company which contributes to the unique culture and business set up. It’s a global brand with a deliberately local operating model meaning most countries (and service lines of which there are 4 global and many others) have little incentive to work together.
The conference has a number of objectives, most specifically - to expand and deepen relationships to establish trust across service lines and borders; build confidence in the firm and the business model going forward; understand there are future opportunities for “me” at Knight Frank; inspire behavioural change.
