If you are in contact via email or phone with a potential customer that has previously been reviewed by another provider, you will have exclusive access to this review. This will enable you to assess the risk profile of the customer before you engage in a commercial relationship with them.

We operate through a 1–5-star rating system, taking into consideration the
following -

-Was there clear and concise communication of the request for your product or service?
-Did the customer allow the product or service to operate within a reasonable time and in a safe environment?
-Was there any hidden agenda from the customer during the supply process?
-Were demeanor and attitude positive or negative?
-Did the customer pay the agreed amount, on time, in full?

If a positive outcome applies to the above, then a 5-star rating will be awarded to the customer for other providers to refer to and review.
