Introduction:
KnowNOW Health was started in 2017 by a group of women doctors who trained and worked in the Bronx. The goal was to increase access to care and the best way was using technology: Telehealth and texting, in a virtual medical platform. The vision of a single platform where patients could be seen, lab tests ordered and prescriptions written became a reality.

We launched KnowNOW STD in July of 2018 to offer STD Testing and Pre-Exposure Prophyalxis (PreP) – one pill a day to prevent HIV. Almost two years later, in April of 2020 we launch KnowNOW Health a full offering of medical care to all patients including specialty care. In a time of a worldwide viral threat and pandemic, our experienced and caring KnowNOW Health providers are here to offer guidance, expertise, counseling, and treatment.
