Live tracking: You can track your shipment on the delivery day via app to see where it is.

Change delivery time: Choose the available time from the options available to you in the app, after just sit back and relax.

Deliver to my neighbour: If you are not at the address on the delivery day, click “Deliver to my neighbour” and we will take your parcel to your neighbour.

Change delivery address: If you want your parcel to come to a different address than the one you selected, add your new address and we will bring it to you.

Ring /Do not ring the bell: If you have a baby or a patient sleeping at home and you are worried that they will wake up with a ringtone, all you have to do is to select “Do not ring the bell” via the app.
