*Use your favourite videos to build lyrical skills.
Choose from videos by the greatest lyricists. There are styles to suit all tastes from golden age to grime. Videos are added daily and on special occasions we celebrate the work of featured artists.

*Rhymes automatically scored
A unique algorithm scores rhymes according to how complex they are. The algorithm picks out repeated patterns of sounds and should even catch multis which are the hallmark of great MCs.

*Beats to help with rhythm
Responses to videos are recorded over beats. The beats help guide your vocal timing. Freestyle in real time, or write down lyrics offline and practice before you record.

*Challenge friends
Think you’re a better lyricist than your friends? Prove it. Challenge them and you both respond to the same song. Whoever has the best rhymes wins. Simple. What’s stopping you?

*Leaderboards and competitions
Every lyrical challenge has a leaderboard. Choose the style of hip hop, or artist, that you suits you and go for it. If you get enough points on the leaderboard you can become a featured artist yourself.

*Share with social
Once your lyrics are complete, you can share them with friends

We regularly add new challenges. This means reviewing the work of a lot of artists; famous and less well known. If there are artists and songs that we really should have get in touch and tell us. We'll listen. We don't need every artist or song...just the ones that are lyrically great. The way to test? Read the lyrics aloud and some simply sound brilliant to the ear.
