KONE is a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry. They have a presence across the globe. KONE ICM platform was developed for the Middle East and Africa region for calculating, simulating and managing the sales incentives for sales teams by taking data from their existing sales tools as input to this platform and based on the sales volume, the platform will calculate the incentives for all the sales persons and their immediate reporting managers. This platform provides visibility about the sales incentives to the country heads and top level executives inside the region. This app shows a dashboard to the top level users about how each country is performing based on the pre-defined targets and achievements and how much they are spending as incentives for sales persons.
