HOW KONVEE WORKS?

E-TICKET - Scan QR & Pay at the boomgate
• No more physical ticket, token, or parking cards
• No surcharge imposed
•Step 1: Open Konvee app & scan QR code at our Konvee machine at the carpark entrance.
•Step 2: Barrier is clear & Konvee will record your entry time.
•Step 3: Open Konvee app & scan QR to pay at Konvee machine at the car park exit.


RESERVE PARKING - Reserve a parking lot in advance (1 hour)
• Affordable VIP valet parking
• Step 1: Choose the destination & reserve.
• Step 2: Tap “Guide me there” to navigate to the specific floor entrance, scan QR code to enter, follow the signage to the reserve parking area within 1 hour.
• Step 3: Unlock the parking lock & park at the right parking spot number.
• Step 4: Depart and the parking lock will rise up automatically. Scan the QR code to pay your parking fee & reservation fare at the car park exit.
