Banks around the world are being transformed for the better, with a more human approach to their digital channels. Pivotus creates one such channel with this app, Engage, and the agent-enabling platform behind it.

This app is aimed at bankers, banking and fintech technology buyers, and members of the press who would like to experience a part of the Engage solution but who are not customers of a Pivotus client bank where they might experience it directly. The agents staffing this app are Pivotus employees, not bankers, but the ability to connect 1:1 and build a relationship with a real person is the same as that offered in the bank-branded versions of this app.
