Everything you need to practise or teach Kundalini Yoga on one screen - Kriyas, music, timers (stopwatch and timer) and more - on all your devices

The app comes with 10 preloaded kriyas so you can get started immediately.

Connect music from your iTunes library and add additional kriyas by simply scanning or capturing images from your Kundalini Yoga books or pdfs from the internet. You can also connect to You Tube videos. It stores your growing library in the cloud and you can access it anywhere, anytime so you can travel without books, music device and timer. It syncs across your devices so you can access it on your iPhone or iPad.

The app is particularly useful for Kundalini Yoga practitioners and teachers who have a daily practice. You can track your practice (what day you started and will end your current commitment in each of your kriyas and what day you are currently on), journal your practice by writing or voice recording it and graph your practice. You can search your library or journal with ease.

It is also wonderful for those new to Kundalini Yoga who wish to start a home practice to support their regular class attendance or for yogis who live in areas without teachers.

For teaching you can takes notes, enter Yogi Bhajan quotes or the effects of the practice. These can all appear on the one screen for your practice or class.
