The system will show both paid (private), and non-paid (public) parking lots. Users can reserve, and pay for private (paid) parking lots added to our system.

Our app uses the GPS signal from cell phones. For paid parking lots in our system, we know exactly how long the user parked in the parking lot and will only charge for the time the parking space was occupied.

We record the license plate number of each car parked in a paid parking lot, and we use this information to detect unauthorized use of paid parking.

Where permitted by local laws, individuals can also sing-up to rent their driveway.

Our goal is to start small, and create a system that helps people find parking when they visit South Lake Tahoe. We intend to raise additional investment, and roll out additional features (and launch in additional cities) over the coming months. The primary goal will always be to provide a useful service to our users by helping them find free parking.
