Kvitteringsvenn is a user-friendly mobile app that streamlines your entire receipt and expense workflow—no network connection or complex cloud services required. With a single tap, the app uses your phone’s camera to scan receipts and a local OCR engine (Tesseract/ML Kit) to extract key details like date, vendor, and total amount.

Once captured, each receipt is automatically organized into clear year–month–company folders both within the app and in your device’s file system, making it effortless to locate a receipt by full-text search or by filtering on company, date, or amount.

When you need to share, Kvitteringsvenn generates a ready-to-send email draft with the receipt attached. For maximum privacy, the email is sent via our secure SMTP proxy, and any temporary copies are deleted immediately after delivery.
