Kwanza 2020

The official application of the Banco Nacional de Angola – the „Kwanza 2020” app – is an interactive tool for exploring the newest Angolan banknotes.

The „Kwanza 2020” app allows users to discover the security features of the new banknote series 2020. It explains interactively how the security feature reacts when a banknote is tilted, hold against the light, or if a magnifier glass is used.

By using Augmented Reality the user of „Kwanzas 2020” can watch Dr. António Agostinho Neto’s independence proclamation speech after scanning the front side of a banknote or after scanning a backside he can play a quiz game to check his knowledge of the new Angolan banknotes.
