GPS enabled freight tracking
Fleet owners can now track driver locations in real time by configuring the dispatch settings in the mobile app. When a driver uses the KW Transportation mobile app on a GPS enabled mobile device, their location is shown to the fleet manager.
Track loads at regular distance intervals
On the KW Transportation mobile app, fleet owners can configure the dispatch settings and set a time interval for 5, 15, or 30 minutes. When vehicles travel for that amount of time, location details are automatically captured.
Track on Google or Apple Maps
Configure the dispatch settings to track loads on either Google or Apple Maps. When the drivers are tracked at regular distance intervals along the route, the fleet manager can view their location in real-time.
Automatic check calls using geo-fencing radius
Set a virtual boundary and have check calls added automatically when the vehicle enters or leaves a location. The driver must be using the KW Transportation mobile app on a GPS-enabled device.
Upload pictures of Freight and Bill of Lading upon pick up and delivery into KW transportation mobile app which is automatically sent to customer and dispatcher via SMS and email notifications
