HOW IT WORKS
Teams engage in multi-week programs several times a year, based on team-building needs. Every week the group receives 5 new questions. Everybody answers, then sees their peer’s responses and guess who said what for points! The Leaderboard tracks top points for the duration of the Program. Weekly email digests highlight insights and competition and a summary report plays back key information to the manager at the end of each Program.
