How do we do it?
The main stages of our process are:

STEP 1
Design
Our design process works in two ways: one, where the manufacturers upload their respective templates of apparel designs on the app and receive orders on them. Secondly, here designs are provided by Lal10. It starts with extensive market and trend research. This is followed by the mood boarding process, involving conceptualising the silhouettes and colours, followed by the creation of final silhouettes and fabrics.

STEP 2
Merchandising
We have a team of experienced pattern masters and tailors at a state-of-the-art sampling facility. To facilitate the timely development of garment collections. The sampling process is followed by style curation, photoshoots, catalogue creation, and rigorous costing of each style by our merchandisers.

STEP 3
Fabric Sourcing
After the merchandising team finalizes the sampling and costing, we commence the process of buying fabric yardages for production from fabric mills, craft clusters, and fabric trading markets - to name a few.

STEP 4
Production
After fabric sourcing, the order production process commences. At this step, we ensure that we can increase our production throughput at scale as per client requirements.

STEP 5
Quality Control
Along with the Quality Control team of our manufacturing partners, we ensure grassroots involvement in all procurement and production from raw materials to finished products. Industry Standards and Social & Legal compliances ensure that our products meet global standards (SEDEX, Oeko Tex, GOTS, Fair Trade etc.)
