- use square and hexagonal grids (also allows ants which travel to all 8 directions in its Moore neighbourhood)
- precisely place as many ants on grid as you like
- map ant direction to MIDI voices or drum samples to hear the interaction of chaos, reflection, symmetry, periodicity as music.
