Users are guided through a series of modules designed to elicit their strengths, aspirations, and work attributes. Easy to use tools are provided to create a professional resume, cover letter, and a prescriptive launch plan.

Users will also receive a personalized plan with detailed steps for a successful launch from college to career and a timeline for completion.

Additional services offered are one-on-one mentoring, review of resumes and cover letters, interview preparation and follow up, as well as career counseling. Additionally, the program is equipped to match qualified clients with employers.
