Via the Leadlife application, you gain access to various modules that support your health and well-being. Based on various formulas, you can connect your wearables, perform recurrent digital questionnaires, watch online academies, consult articles, chat with a health expert, get access to a broad network of healthcare professionals, etc.

Through a personalised dashboard with a personal vault, you gain insight into your optimal nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep. You alone are the manager of your data. That means that you can share the data with healthcare professionals only if you grant permission.

The Leadlife application operates with memberships. Memberships are free through healthcare professionals or insurers.

How does it work?

After obtaining a Leadlife membership, you will be asked to download this app.

After installing the application on your phone, you must first accept our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Afterwards, scan the QR code you received, or manually enter the code. This code is linked to your personal membership, so never share it with anyone. Once you have scanned and activated the code, you cannot use it anymore.

The app guides you through all the steps of your trajectory. Once you have completed all steps, you will receive the results of the analyses and tests. You can track your progress and personal goals via the app.
