Fact: planning should not be stressful. It should not consume your mental energy or your time. But too often, it does.

Introducing Leaf, a new way to stay on top of your to-dos. Inspired by the rigors of college life, Leaf is designed to help you accomplish effective organization with truly minimal time commitment.

How does it work?

1. Instead of mentally keeping track of to-dos, take ten seconds to jot them down in your Leaf whenever they come up during your day.

2. Unless a to-do is urgent, don’t worry about scheduling it right away. Leaf significantly reduces wasted energy and time by concentrating all that planning into one short daily activity. Whenever your day starts, Leaf reminds you to spend a few minutes adding the previous day’s ideas to your calendar.

3. Everything you have scheduled for today is grouped chronologically on the For Today page. You can also view your plan for the day in a Today View widget from your home or lock screen.

4. Try to check off as much as you can, but don’t worry if you can’t complete every task you set yourself – anything you don’t finish automatically returns to your Leaf to be re-scheduled for a better time.

What else can Leaf do?

> Leaf understands times and dates in your to-dos (e.g. “meeting tomorrow from 3 to 4:30”) to make scheduling them even easier.

> Give tasks custom priority levels to receive reminders about them in advance.

> Working with multi-day tasks is straightforward – just select multiple dates when scheduling a to-do.

> Your calendar stores everything you schedule in Leaf. From there, you can edit and delete events, or start a new event from scratch.

> The Notepad is a great way to store ideas less suited to a quick, one-line description. And, you can select text in the Notepad at any time and add it to your calendar with one tap.

Leaf will never run ads and has no subscriptions or premium plans.
