About Leap
Easy
Experience an easy to use and easy to understand app, It is very simple and very fast to request for a ride, just enable LOCATION on your phone, enter you pickup location, and enter your destination, or allow the app to pin point your location, and you are good to go. An estimated fare for your journey will be displayed before you can request.
Safety
Your safety is important to us, that’s why we have features to increase your safety while riding with us.
We have SOS button on riders App, allowing you to instantly notify us when you are in danger, in an accident or suspecting foul play, by simple pressing the SOS button..
We ensure that you can see the driver's name, face, car model, license plate, phone number and ratings from previously completed rides. You can also share the driver’s information and your real-time location to anyone, though the “Share the ride” button, to social media, email, whatsapp, SMS etc.
Travel Options
You can chose different types of ride’s , ranging from a small simple 4 seater car, luxury cars and 7 seater cars. You can also send us special request for any other type and size of car.
You can see an estimate of your ride cost before requesting for a ride.
If you would like to travel at a later stage or want to be picked up at a different location at a particular time, you can schedule for a ride using the SCHEDULE RIDE option on the rider app.
You can also call in and request us to request and assign a ride for you, for whatever reason that may avoid you from being able to request for a ride, like being out of data, or not having a smart phone to be able to download the app.
Rate Your Driver and Tips
At the end of a ride, riders have the option to submit a rating of your drivers’ service, letting us know anything you appreciate or did not like about the driver.
NOTE that continued use of GPS LOCATION running in the background mode can impact your battery life, you must keep your phone fully charged and carry a charger with you at all times, you can also switch off GPS LOCATION when you are not using your app.
Referrals and coupons
You can refer a friend though all social media platforms, email, sms, whatsapp etc and give them a chance to get E10 off their first ride. Loyal riders will also, from time to time, receive discount coupons they can use when requesting for rides.
