Both alto and transposed alto parts are given in the full score. If playing the alto part, you must use alto fingerings. However, if you play the transposed alto part, you can use the more familiar soprano fingerings on an alto recorder.

This sequential resource begins with just BAG on the soprano recorders, but adds new notes until students can play the C scale and F# and Bb. Accompaniment tracks are included in the app, and you have the ability to pause or stop and replay the entire song.
This app also includes an introduction to reading music with an interactive note naming exercise and an interactive note values exercise.
