Company Mission & Vision - What are the goals of our company?
Legally Black LLC.’s mission is to serve as the number one legal directory for primarily Black business owners, law firms, companies, startups, joint ventures and partnerships who are seeking to create win-win situations through creative technology driven (social media support) campaigns for lead generation (gaining more clients) & service/product conversion (gaining more sales).
We specialize in creating the most innovative investments vehicles by spearheading investment projects to cover our client’s financing, consulting, & educational needs. Legally Black is invested in delivering cost effective campaigns for wealth creation in real estate, stocks, social media and digital investment that empower our customers with solutions to meet their ever changing needs.
Organization & Management

Legally Black LLC. is co-founded by Kyara Murry, second year law student at Thurgood Marshall school of Law, political science alumni of Tennessee State University and current co-owner of Select Three Consulting Company. Legally Black LLC. Is also co-founded by Michael Ofuani, graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of law, Finance major alumni of University of Delaware, and former technology business analyst for JP Morgan Chase.

Legally Black LLC.’s board of directors will consist of 8 dedicated members who are both financially invested and strategically invested in providing their specialty areas as feedback to ensure Legally Black’s growth. The Board of Directors are in charge of researching , communicating , discussing & deciding available investment projects to increase the return on investments made by the firm. The Board of Directors will specialize in creative sponsorship forms and letter to garner the interest of critical business investors.
