With Lessor you can add various kind of bills and collect money from tenants, the tenant is notified with the updated dues through SMS. This helps in maintaining consistency between you and your tenants. Lessor calculates first month rent for the new tenants you add, by calculating remaining days in the month and makes collection cycle to 1st of every month.
